"The city's vaccine mandate is unconstitutional, violates the separation of powers ... arbitrary and capricious."
One word...... HALLELUJAH!!!
Thank you for this info Vigilant Fox. This is a ray of light in the darkness.
Now for other judges to use common sense.
Fantastic news!!! Never should have happened. Giant Kudos to all who stood their ground!
We'll take it. KEEP THEM COMING.
I wonder if those that got fired can be re-hired now?
A clear-sighted judge. Hope springs eternal.
Any word on health care workers?
I hope this makes it easy to sue for those who got the vaxx.
Wonderful News! The tide is turning.
Unfortunately, it's far too late for those who were forced to receive the injections to keep their jobs. Let's hope his decision holds for the next pandemic the evil ones force upon society in order to bring full totalitarian control upon America.
Too many of our dumbed down citizens are still wearing masks as though they help you at all. What these foolish people are doing is actually hurting their health and making them more susceptible to catching other viruses. So foolish! Breathe the fresh air. Get those rags off your face, stay away from injections!
Hooray for the people in nyc !
So I have to ask, what good does this do when it's been months (years?) since these people lost their jobs, or worse, got the jab to keep that job and have damaged their health? Why can't this kind of illegal, unconstitutional action be taken up within days or weeks?
Meanwhile, private sector workers who faced same are un-personed and never spoken of.
So, that would mean, with Supreme Court Case precedence that any state school vaccination mandates or long established vaccine programs would also be "unconstitutional, violates the separation of powers … arbitrary and capricious."
That's why the decision will get overturned up on appeal. If school districts can mandate vaccines, surely New York City Government can?
