Scrambled Calls: How FEMA Bribes Parents With Blood Money Without Leaving Proof of Doing So

"We'll give you some money if you just change the death certificate to COVID."

One of the most heartbreaking and tragic tales of the past two and a half years is the story of Ernesto Ramirez Jr. (right). He was a 16-year-old boy, son of Ernest Ramirez Sr. (left), and “the best son a father could ask for.” But unfortunately, he died of heart complications five days after his first Pfizer shot in April 2021.

Ernest Sr. had to scrap together a funeral for his deceased son. And he did just that, but it did not come without financial burden.

Months later, in February 2022, FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) contacted Ernest Ramirez, saying that they could provide some financial relief if he changed his son's death certificate to COVID instead of the shots. Appalled, Ernest declined the offer and got in touch with Lt. Col. Theresa Long, Attorney Todd Callender, and Steve Kirsch on the issue. They advised him to download a phone call recorder and use it the next time FEMA called him. So Ernest took their advice, downloaded a phone call recording app, and became proficient with it after using it several times.

In March, FEMA called Ernest AGAIN, and as soon as he knew it was FEMA on the phone, he initiated a recording. They solicited a similar offer: essentially, "We'll give you some money if you just change the death certificate to COVID." Ernest replied, "I will not falsify government documents for financial gain, and I will not disrespect my son that way."

The call lasted 13 minutes before it ended, and when Ernest checked the recording, he was left with nothing but a *click* and dead audio. So he asked a guy about a phone recorder that would work for an occasion such as FEMA, and the man said, "Sir, I can give you so many recorders — show you everything, but you're not gonna be able to record it because it's the government. They scramble their calls."

So no luck... And FEMA never called him again.

It is possible that if Ernest put the call on speaker phone and recorded the audio on another device, he may just have been able to catch them in the act. But that also comes with another set of issues, as many people can tell when they are placed on speakerphone. So the call could have ended right then and there.

But really, I think the most critical aspect of Ernest's conversation to reflect on and ask is, "How many times has this happened?" They contacted him not once but twice, and I find it very hard to believe that he was the first and only person to be offered such a deal.
