No More TV for Children: Francine Tells Muffy Why She Should Wear a Mask

Steer your kids far away from the propaganda machine.

It is no longer safe to plop your kid in front of children's programming and expect them to watch even semi-wholesome content.

This clip from the long-running Arthur program on PBS pushes the asymptomatic spread lie and virtue signals children to "do our part" for the greater good.

Of course, they depict the rich and spoiled character, Muffy, as the person who is resistant to wearing a mask.

Just listen to this exchange:

Muffy: Only sick people need masks, Francine, and I am not sick!

Francine: Earth to Muffy! If you're going out in public, you 100% need a mask.

Muffy: Buy why? I'm not sick, and I don't like how they look.

Francine: First of all, you can be sick and not know it. You can have the virus and feel totally fine. Second, without a mask, you could spread it to someone who will get really sick, like Buster, who has asthma, or Mrs. McGrady who had cancer, or your grandparents, or someone you don't even know.

Muffy: But shouldn't they wear the masks?

Francine: Of course, but it doesn't help if you're sick and you don't wear one. The only way to keep everyone safe is to wear a mask.

Muffy: But they make my nose sweaty!

Francine: If we all do our part, we can get rid of this virus.

Sadly, this isn't even the worse piece of garbage to come from kids' television in the past couple of months.

In late June, Elmo flexed his 'super-duper hero' bandages after taking the COVID-19 vaccine.

Now, more than ever is time to be a diligent parent and vet programs for your approval before your kids are brainwashed behind your back.

Better yet, turn off the TV, and spend time with your kids OUTSIDE. The screens, after all, are addictive by design, and your child will be much better off learning your values, not Sesame Street’s.
