People lose weight because it causes stomach paralysis. Who allowed this to go to the market? I’m so tired of there being zero accountability when “medicine” causes more harm than good. Everyone (from the scientists, to the manufacturers, to the regulators, to the prescribers), EVERYONE involved in the process needs to be stripped of credibility, fined, and jailed. No immunity. No more trust.

one of my best friends just committed suicide and she had just started taking a weight loss drug. I’m not sure it’s the sole reason she did it but it may have helped her actually carry it out. all these weight loss drugs do is make you eat less. you can do that on your own.

I have never disliked a Tucker interview, but this one was not good. Like or hate ozempic, it’s the pharma behavior about it that’s the problem. Ozempic is made from a peptide. Peptides are quite miraculous in what they can do for health and well-being. This guy drastically overstated the cases with ozempic, and no, it’s not the next vaccine disaster. And it’s not stomach paralysis. There have been cases, yes. But the people who are now seeking a payday for having been on a drug their doctor should have taken them off of when they showed signs of trouble, are not a representation of the population who use it. (And no, I don’t use it.) I’ve been studying peptides for the last year, and have seen what they can do. Be mad at pharma for their predatory and negligent practices all you want. And we should be. I am. But this guy spouted a lot of nonsense about this medication and now this whole population is going to make assumptions that aren’t true. We have to be better than that.

And they’re getting to the naturopaths now too 🤬 Just got a marketing email from mine that they are now offering semiglutide shots for weight loss! If she wasn’t the ONLY one within an hour of me I’d fire her.

Whatever happened to cutting carbs and sugar and just exercise? I eat very little carbs and I swim at the YMCA and walk a lot. I think a lot of people are looking for a quick fix rather than to research and stick to the basics.

This is a deceiving article. It states Ozempic isn’t allowed to be sold in europe for obesity. While this is true , it is sold for type 2 diabetes. And prescribed off label for obesity.

Something needs to be done with all of these medications that kill people. Not enough trials to make sure they’re safe to use.

The body produces 100s of 1000s of different peptides. That fact does not exempt Ozempic from being harmful. The body has a kajillion bacteria too. Some good. Some not.

I wasn’t able to watch the video because I’m working today, but I’ve always thought it was quite sketchy that Ozempic became a very popular and widely used weight loss drug right around the same time that the Covid vaccines were introduced to the public...

Coincidence? I think not. If they can depopulate via a vaccine, who’s to say they can’t and/or won’t depopulate via injectable weight loss drugs? It wasn’t that long ago that I saw an article here on Dr. Ana Mihalcea’s Substack about local dental anesthetics that had tested positive for all of the same bad things that were found in the Covid vaccines...

Don’t fall for it, folks! By hook or by crook, they’re gonna do whatever they have to do to get their evil crap into the bodies of innocent, unsuspecting people.

No thanks! I’d rather be a fat ass. Or just lose weight the old fashioned way.

Why not take a drug that comes from / is inspired by a lizard venom? https://www.vox.com/22553793/gila-monster-lizard-venom-inspired-obesity-drug-semaglutide As long as it is declared “safe and effective” all good! <sarc>
